Program description. TerraPact sends informational text messages related to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, project updates, and service communications.

Opt-in: You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form and providing your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. TerraPact does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt-out:You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
