Patrick Fitzpatrick joined TerraPact in 2022 to serve as our General Counsel and Secretary and is responsible for providing legal and strategic counsel throughout the organization.  Patrick has over 15 years of experience advising on and executing complex real estate transactions and other material portfolio company matters.

Prior to joining TerraPact, Patrick spent over 10 years in various legal roles at American Tower, most recently as Senior Counsel providing support to the company’s tenant-leasing business. 

Patrick received a BA in Political Science from Bates College and a JD from Western New England University School of Law.
