Kim Williams joined TerraPact in 2011 as the Director of Operations. Kim leads the operations team of TerraPact’s subsidiary, Omega Rail Management. She oversees the management of documented agreements on over 7,000 corridor miles across the United States and British Columbia. Kim leads the efforts to catalogue and review all property-related documents, permitting and application processing, inspecting properties and updating agreements.

Kim co-founded Omega Rail Management, Inc., the leading provider of property management solutions to short line and regional railroads in 1997. Omega Rail Management was acquired by TerraPact in 2012 as part of its strategic growth plan.

Prior to founding Omega, Kim began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker briefly focusing on residential real estate.
