Alaa Oumansour joined TerraPact in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive team. He is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financing, reporting, audit, tax, investor relations, and M&A. 

Prior to TerraPact, Al was a Managing Director and Group CFO for Cassini Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm investing mainly in industrial assets. Al spent many years as a management consultant for both Alvarez & Marsal and Booz & Company. In these roles he led financial restructuring, performance improvement, and operational turnarounds across multiple industries, with engagements such as the carve-out of over $5bn of telecom assets from global telecom operators. Al began his career with Nokia where he led several wireless network deployments globally. 

Al holds an MBA from London Business School and M.Sc in Computer Sciences and Networking from a French Grande Ecole.
